  1. The program is custom tailored for you. You do an assessment on your first day and we figure out where your deficiencies are, where your balance issues are, and where your strengths are. That means we spend time each session working on your weaknesses and creating an overall better human. We’ll chat about your goals so that we can make sure our program is heading you in the right direction.

  2. All eyes on you. This means that there isn’t anyone else there to take coach’s eyes off of you. You will receive more feedback and better coaching cues to improve your movement and fitness FASTER.

  3. We work around your schedule. With private training you don’t have to worry about when the next class is or whether you can make the class times. Scheduling with a coach is simple and quick.

We love idea of of being able to workout in small groups with a great coach to athlete ratio, and those group classes work REALLY well for the person who doesn’t have any mobility or flexibility limitations, who have a good competency with the movements that we use, and have proved consistent with their ability to show up to those classes (have a great base fitness level).

Outside of that, Personal Training is an essential path to success for you.
