Our typical Foundations Onboarding includes 6-12 one-on-one sessions with a coach prior to graduating into the group. Education is part of our mission, so learning and retaining information when it comes to how you move is very important to us. The last thing we want for any of our members is to show up to their first group class, stand around the whiteboard while coach is explaining class and think to themselves, “I have no idea what any of these things are,” or “These movements are complicated, I’m going to get hurt doing them.”

In our Foundations Onboarding series, we will make sure you are familiar with (list of things goes here) the six major lifts, the ten general physical skills, and ways to modify any movement to fit your fitness and skill level.

Your Foundations Onboarding series is your chance to ask questions and work at your own pace so you can feel confident and competent joining our group CrossFit classes.
