  • One of the best things about Oxnard|MVMNT is that every program is scalable to each individual’s fitness level, so whether you’re a serious athlete or working out for the first time, Oxnard|MVMNT is for you.

  • Yes! We love visitors! You can come and drop in while you are here – our rules are you must have been CrossFitting at an affiliate gym for at least 3 months, check out our schedule online, select a class, and then send us a heads up to admin@oxnardmvmnt.com and we’ll get right back to you.

  • Our programs are all scalable to your fitness level. In other words, it’s you against the workout—you get to decide exactly how intense your workout will be.

  • You can expect to get in the best shape of your life with Oxnard|MVMNT. Melt away 5-10 unwanted pounds, get out of the gym for a not so traditional workout, and cut your personal training fees by 3/4. You can also expect to get better core strength and a tighter backside, as well as functional strength and agility that apply to sports and everyday life.
