Welcome to the MVMNT Member Onboarding Course. This course is designed to help you get the most out of your experience at Oxnard|MVMNT and CrossFit Ventura from day one. Inside these lessons, you’ll learn what makes our community unique, the philosophy behind our training, and the foundational principles that will help you train safely, progress consistently, and build confidence in the gym. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or returning after time away, these videos will guide you through your first steps, explain how our classes work, and show you how to track your progress and stay accountable.
