I’m writing this 5 days into the CFOX nutrition challenge and so far so good. If you have never done a nutrition challenge before I recommend you do one. This gives you the opportunity to really learn about how food fuels your workouts and how you go about your daily life. Getting rid of fast food, candy, chips, and booze for 4 weeks really allows you to feel how your body reacts to clean eating. It’s only been 5 days and I can feel the changes. Better sleep, more focused at work, and I don’t want to pass out after a meal.
