CrossFit Oxnard is a facility that utilizes the national CrossFit philosophy in every training program offered. We offer a variety of programs for all fitness levels. CrossFit Oxnard focuses on fitness and wellness through community development and support.
Do I need to be a serious athlete to do CrossFit, Boot Camp or Athletic Training?
One of the best things about CrossFit Oxnard is that every program is scalable to each individual’s fitness level, so whether you’re a serious athlete or working out for the first time, CrossFit Oxnard is for you.
I am visiting from out of town, can I drop in?
Yes! We love visitors! You can come and drop in while you are here – our rules are you must have been CrossFitting at an affiliate gym for at least 3 months, check out our schedule online, select a class, and then send us a heads up to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get right back to you.
How intense are the classes?
Our programs are all scalable to your fitness level. In other words, it’s you against the workout – you get to decide exactly how intense your workout will be.
What results can I expect?
You can expect to get in the best shape of your life with CrossFit Oxnard. Melt away 5-10 unwanted pounds, get out of the gym for a not so traditional workout, and cut your personal training fees by 3/4. You can also expect to get better core strength and a tighter backside, as well as functional strength and agility that apply to sports and everyday life.
