By now, you’ve undoubtedly heard about the Fall Nutrition Challenge that kicks off next week. But what is it, really? And why should YOU sign up?
We’ve partnered with Healthy Steps Nutrition and Nicole Aucoin, RD, who have helped thousands- THOUSANDS- of people reach their fitness goals through building solid nutrition habits, and taking control of what goes into their bodies. And honestly, with the holidays just around the corner and the second Open starting next week, we can’t think of a better time to start implementing these healthy habits.
The challenge will be 28 Days long, kicking off on October 7th and wrapping up on November 4th. We will begin the challenge with a kick off seminar on October 5th. On this day, we will be taking biometrics and giving you ALL of the tools and resources that you need for a successful 4 weeks!
A more detailed synopsis of what the challenge entails was sent out to your emails, and of course if you have any questions you can always shoot an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org! Additionally, all participants will be given a meal plan template- so please let us know ahead of time if you have any special dietary considerations! Gluten free? Vegetarian? Vegan? Just let me know! This nutrition challenge is still for YOU!
