Recently one of our previous coaches asked about the book, Atomic Habits to see if the book was worth the read. It sparked a conversation in the community page and next thing you know, I have it downloaded onto my phone. I drive a lot so I figured why not spend that time listening to this book and learning while driving.
The book starts with the definition of atoms and habits. I was hooked from there. This book guides you on how to build better habits while getting rid of the old ones and I am so fascinated by it because I have so many bad habits that I would like to get rid of and I have found myself, since listening to this book, I am making my way to getting that habit out of my life.
Now I am not nearly done with the book but so far, I find myself trying to create better habits for myself. A really bad habit of mine is biting my nails, not only do I have that issue but someone that was mentioned in the book had the same issue and overcame that struggle. It gave me hope that I can do it too! If you struggle with any bad habits and want to create a better life for yourself, I HIGHLY recommend you buy the book! You won’t regret it!
